以东京台转至新总部大楼为题材，讲述东京台新人助导常田大陆（村上虹郎）属于「未确认素材中心」负责整理在电视台搬家时大量被发掘出来的番组素材，在远离制作节目的理想很远的方每天整理录影带。然而他发现了影带记录了一些奇怪现象，看到这些画面的导演二阶堂早织想到可以用来制作节目，于是强逼常田去为这些奇怪现象进行采访，然后被卷入连串不可思议的事件。
