本作品是以“5分钟一次的恐怖”为主题的推理&不间断的爱情悬疑。描写了遭遇汽车事故而被强制住院的情侣，在院内被卷入各种各样的纠纷中，互相确认爱的样子，以及在医院外发生的连环杀人之谜。
