《浪漫老板》（又名《RomanticBoss》）是由2PM成员黄灿盛、韩国演员景收真联袂演绎。“野兽”黄灿盛将一改往日舞台上的形象，饰演一个为爱努力、为梦想拼搏的都市少年。《浪漫老板》围绕着企划家、网络漫画家、时尚设计师等各个行业的佼佼者的真挚的爱情和朝着梦想奔跑的故事而展开，讲诉了白雪熙(景收真饰)，一个在超强压力之下，会释放搞笑
该剧讲述的是叶可与高中闺蜜纪之夏阔别多年后重逢，叶可正为了成为优秀的摩托车女赛车手而努力，与此同时，纪之夏也即将与未婚夫钟远展开新生活。之后，纪之夏因遭受钟远的家暴与纠缠离家出走，被叶可、唐晓、萧然等众人收留，从而展开一系列真实而灵动的故事。
