In the past three months, the average number of reflection servers that have launched DDoS reflection attacks using domestic servers, hosts and other facilities is 2,812,943. The monthly increase rate of domestic reflection server resources is 81%, and the extinction rate is 84%. Compared with the average monthly increase rate of 85% and the extinction rate of 71% in 2017, the extinction rate shows an increasing trend. There are 75,777 reflection servers that have been active continuously in the past three months. The distribution of their provinces and operators is shown in Figure 18, mainly located in Liaoning Province, Guangdong Province and Jilin Province, with Unicom accounting for the largest proportion. Among them, there are 85 domestic reflection servers with a history of active months of more than 12 months.
