《左右不逢源 The Middle》主演Patricia Heaton参演多镜头喜剧《转职卡罗尔 Carol’s Second Act》由Emily Halpern及Sarah Haskins执笔的，剧中讲述女主Carol Chambers（Patricia Heaton饰）为了抚养孩子而不当教师后，现在她令人意外地竟然决定要转职当医生。 其他主演包括Kyle MacLachlan﹑Ito Aghayere﹑Jean-Luc Bilodeau及Sabrina Jalees。
