本剧场版紧接TV版第27话。在27话良太郎一行人为了追踪异魔神而回到过去，但他们却不知道自己已经落入了牙王的圈套。当良太郎等人消灭完异魔神并想回到Den-Liner的时侯，却发现Den-Liner已经被牙王劫持…… 众人被逼留在过去，最坏的情况是良太郎失去了成为电王的所有记忆，桃泰诺斯也因此不能附上良太郎的身体。在机缘巧合下，良太郎遇到10岁时的良太郎（剧中用“小太郎”代替）和异魔神齐格，并且在樱井的帮助下，开始了追踪Den-Liner之旅。 另一方面，回到江户时代的牙王成功夺得神之列车Gao-Liner，且抓住了追踪到来的良太郎，并坐着Gao-Liner回到1988年12月26日。 在1988年，良太郎恢复了记忆，但被牙王阻挠而不能变身。正当此时，樱井带同救兵出现，救兵则是三个不同时间的良太郎。于是，四个不同形态的电王同时出现，最Climax的战斗即将展开……

本剧讲述了高桥小梅（小西樱子 饰）作为一名杂志社的新手记者，被主编新村纱英（川上麻衣子 饰）催促提交新连载的企划案。就在因难以找到能抓住读者心的企划案而焦虑之时，小梅发现了专卖猫类书籍的书店猫咪堂。于是店主姊川二三夫(田中要次 饰)告诉她，当年书店的书卖不出去，面临关店之时，女儿夕子把姊川书店改成了猫书专卖店，这才让书店躲过倒闭之难。夕子一边看着初代猫店长陆男，一边在想:如果有一家书店，里面摆放的全是猫类书籍就好了。小梅听夕子说：初代猫店长陆男既是看板猫也是守护神，便想到可以做一个以看板猫为题材的企划案，就这样，探访看板猫的连载企划开始了。小梅为了自己的看板猫连载，采访了很多店主和他们的猫。每到一处，她都会听人讲述店主和猫咪的各式相遇，在感受故事里深厚温情的同时，小梅也逐渐成长起来。
讲述了游戏公司总裁章峥岚（姜潮饰）在机缘巧合之下认识并倾心于剑道教练萧水光（李溪芮），便使出十八班耍赖功夫抓住各种可乘之机接近自己心中的“缪斯女神”，并用默默守护的方式帮助内心受到过情感创伤的萧水光走出阴影，重新拥抱爱情的故事。
