故事以现代东京为背景，在也门担任无国界外科医生，目前归国的Wato Tachibana（贯地谷诗穗梨），与任职警队的调查顾问Sara Shelly Futaba（竹内结子），组成搭档，以过人的推理技巧，破解一件又一件的悬案。
