在遥远的东方有一个叫天蚕村的地方。村民们都穿“天蚕”吐出的丝制作的衣服，衣袂飘飘。然而这种世间极品的丝，实是天蚕吞噬了无数年轻男女工人的青春精华凝聚而成。天蚕村里的一只自以为是天下最聪明的小猪，孜孜以求地寻访做人的方法。它结识了天猫女，知道她因怨而成妖。天猫女偷食了太上老君的金丹，逃出天庭。一次打斗之中，天猫女体内的金丹阴错阳差落入了小猪体内，太白金星点化使之成人，名曰“帅帅哥”。天猫女为了维持生命、寻找金丹，吸遍村民的生命精华。小龙女为爱寻梦，寻找他的救命恩人朱天帅，想不到朱天帅却已成为帅帅哥。帅帅哥与太白金星为挽救天蚕村，与天猫女展开了激烈的打斗，并在最关键的时刻终于拔掉天猫女的牙齿，一举将其降服。帅帅哥为挽救丧失了生命精华的村民，决定用维持自己人身的金丹换回村民的性命。
